Hi, I’m Rishi!
I truly love exploring new cultures, meeting new people (travelers and locals alike), trying new cuisines, going on thrilling excursions, and every moment in between.
It allows for a balance between humility and ego. Humility when you come face to face with a tour guide in Cambodia that has never met their father due to genocide, brutally reminding us that our problems may not be so large after all. Ego when you are in the middle of trekking a glacier in Patagonia with a guide that embraces his life so fully that you’re reminded of the multitude of pockets throughout the world filled with people who could not care less about how big your home is or any sort of material personal status. They just enjoy the world for all it has to offer.
Travel is a major deterrent of intolerance and prejudice, and I hope I inspire even one person to take a trip that might seem daunting at first. I’m thrilled to welcome you to Can’t Sit Still! My nearly one month long trip across Peru and Colombia to close out 2021 led to my hyper-obsession with traveling, and that’s what brought me here. You can think of this as a personal travel repository of hidden gems and good-to-knows before you travel to these places.
I also have a borderline psychopathic detailing of all the places I’ve eaten across the world on Beli. I can be reached for any type of question on Instagram and have a bunch of pictures and videos from these places on there too (both @sheth108).
I think that life is too short to see the whole world. But it is too long to not try.

Rishi Sheth
